Michael Asheghian is the Founder and President of MJM Investment Co., LLC. He is a real estate owner, developer and acting principal. Mr. Asheghian oversees and manages all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land development and the company's investment strategy and direction. With almost 40 years and over a billion dollars of diverse real estate transactions under his belt, Mr. Asheghian’s experience and expertise excel. He graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California and started with the architectural and engineering firm of Victor Gruen Associates. He is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). He is the founder and President of a Non-Profit organization helping battered women and needy children, as well as an active supporter and volunteer at the Midnight Mission in Downtown Los Angeles. Michael played on the USC soccer team and continued to play soccer for many years as well as coach AYSO. He is an avid soccer supporter and fan.

Alan Dibartolomeo serves as Development Advisor to the MJM Investment Company for new multi-family development in the Los Angeles area. Having developed some of the most dense urban projects in Los Angeles, Mr. Dibartolomeo’s expertise guides the team in decisions of planning, construction, market presentation and management. His most recent development is the unique Elevé Lofts & Skydeck in Glendale. The project is a 208-unit, high density mixed-use building featuring micro-units and a one-of-a-kind 26,000 sq ft rooftop entertainment deck. Mr. Dibartolomeo has been a guest lecturer at the USC Masters in Real Estate Development graduate program, the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate, and Urban Land Institute presentations. He earned an undergraduate degree from UCLA and an MBA from Harvard University. Alan is an avid cyclist and sportsman.
