Areas that are in the midst of development/re-growth

  • Areas that are upwardly trending
  • Areas that have foresight for growth
  • Areas that have been and are currently market-strong

Any Property Type, Income-Producing

  • Multi-Tenant and Single-Tenant Retail
  • National credit tenants comprising 20-50% of Rental Income
  • Long term leases
  • Industrial
